Terms of service

The Terms of Service you've shared contains two different policies merged together:

  • The official Shopify Terms of Service (25 sections)
  • A second custom Terms of Service appended at the bottom

  • Preserve the important legal protections from Shopify's template.
  • Use clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Include your Electronic Station business details throughout.
  • Be better structured for Google Merchant Center compliance.
  • Be original instead of looking like a copied Shopify template.

Because the finished Terms of Service will be 4,000–6,000 words, it's too long to fit in a single response. It will need to be generated in 2–3 parts to ensure nothing important is omitted and the formatting remains clean.
